Strengthfest is a brisk but not hurried class that features varying formats of all around muscular conditioning/shaping with machines, free weights, body weight, and calisthenics.
60 MINUTES
30-30-30 provides an even balance of cardio, strength, and core conditioning. Cardio and strength patterns vary to always keep it interesting. Puts the "total" in total body workout. Everything gets tired.
90 MINUTES
Cardio Party is exclusively cardiovascular training with all of the endurance, interval, and cross training that you need to energize the total body, increase capacity, and burn calories.

Saturday Squad is a total body cardio/strength workout taught by Bruce and Mark. With greater supervision, the emphasis is on performance tracking, skills, and alignment.
